Willa Melbourne began as a family shop on Gertrude Street in Fitzroy, Melbourne, in 2017. Today, our online store offers women’s and men’s clothing, footwear and accessories to customers right across Australia, including coats, knitwear, tops and loungewear.
We choose pieces for fit and fabric first. A coat has to close over a jumper. A knit has to keep its shape after a wash. Where we can tell you something concrete about a garment, we do, and where we cannot, we say so rather than filling the space with adjectives.
Our final collection
After nine years, Willa and her granddaughter Sophie are closing the shop as the building has been sold and the lease is ending. This is our final collection. Our customer support and returns process remain available during the closing period.
How we work
We do not manufacture our own clothes. We select them from clothing manufacturers and wholesale suppliers, most of them based in Asia, and sell them under our own name. Our stock is held and dispatched by those supply partners, with delivery estimates explained in our shipping information. Delivery is free on every order and we cover any customs or import charges, so the price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
The company is registered in Hong Kong and we sell to Australia. Willa Melbourne is operated by Elevate Ecom Limited, registered in Hong Kong. Our customers are Australian, our prices are in Australian dollars, and Australian Consumer Law applies to every order we take.
The photography is the manufacturer's. We publish it as supplied and do not retouch it to change how a garment looks. We publish the measurements we are given. If a piece does not match what you expected when it arrives, you have 30 days from delivery to return it.
